Big Wins for Oklahoma Families: 2025 School Choice Legislative Report Now Available

The 2025 legislative session delivered major victories for school choice in Oklahoma—and families across the state are already feeling the impact. The American Federation for Children – Oklahoma has released its 2025 Legislative Report, highlighting two key bills—SB 684 and SB 105—that expanded access to educational opportunities for thousands of students.

SB 684 strengthens the Parental Choice Tax Credit by delivering payments earlier, protecting family privacy, and streamlining the application process. SB 105 expands the Lindsey Nicole Henry Scholarship to include children experiencing homelessness and military families, while removing unnecessary barriers to access.

Together, these changes make Oklahoma’s school choice programs stronger, more inclusive, and easier to navigate.
